Awqaty is an online scheduling and booking platform that enables vendors to offer their services, customers to make bookings, and agents to manage services under a vendor’s account.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
- Vendor: The primary account owner who creates, manages, and publishes services.
- Agent: An individual added under a Vendor’s account to provide specific services or manage bookings.
- Customer: A user who books a service through a vendor’s shared booking link.
- Platform: Refers to the Awqaty website and its related web or mobile applications.
2. Account Creation and Responsibilities
- Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of all information related to their services, schedules, and pricing.
- Agents operate under the Vendor’s account with permissions defined by the Vendor.
- Users must not share login credentials or attempt to access another account without authorization.
- Awqaty may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- Vendors can share custom booking links with customers to allow direct appointment reservations.
- Each appointment is associated with a specific Vendor or an assigned Agent.
- Vendors and Agents are responsible for maintaining accurate availability and managing schedule changes promptly.
4. Payments
- All payments made through Awqaty are processed securely via U Payment, supporting KNET, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
- Awqaty does not store or process payment card details directly; all transactions are handled through U Payment’s secure gateway.
- Refunds, if applicable, are subject to each Vendor’s refund policy and U Payment’s terms.
- Awqaty is not liable for any payment delays, failed transactions, or disputes between Vendors and Customers.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- Vendors may establish their own cancellation and refund policies.
- Customers should review the Vendor’s policy before confirming a booking.
- Awqaty acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for any refund-related disputes.
6. Integrations (Google & Zoom)
- Awqaty provides optional integrations with Google Calendar, Google Meet, and Zoom to simplify appointment and meeting management.
- When connecting these integrations:
- Awqaty requests limited access via official APIs to create and manage events or meeting links.
- Awqaty does not store or share any personal or sensitive user data from Google or Zoom.
- Users can disconnect these integrations at any time through their Google or Zoom account settings.
- Awqaty complies fully with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- By using these integrations, you also agree to the respective privacy policies of Google and Zoom.
7. Data Accuracy
- Users agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts or making bookings.
- Awqaty reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts containing false or misleading data.
8. Platform Usage
- Users must not misuse the platform, attempt to hack, or exploit any vulnerabilities.
- Awqaty reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these terms or engages in unauthorized activity.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Awqaty provides the platform “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from booking errors, service interruptions, third-party failures, or data loss.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awqaty disclaims all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Updates to These Terms
- Awqaty may update these Terms of Use periodically.
- Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.

4. Integrations with Google and Zoom
When you connect your Google or Zoom account:
- Awqaty accesses only the data required to create, update, or delete calendar and meeting events.
- This data is never used for marketing or unrelated purposes.
- You may revoke access at any time from your Google or Zoom account settings.
- Awqaty adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy and all related developer requirements.
5. Data Retention
- We retain account and booking information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
- When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
6. Your Rights
You may request to:
- Access, update, or delete your personal information.
- Revoke integrations with Google or Zoom.
